PROJECT: A Binding Site Plan in order to create 79 lots and four non-buildable tracts from one existing 3.77-acre parcel in the Rural Community zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Binding Site Plan application received by Grant County on January 30, 2015 from Crescent Bar Garage Condominiums LLC (Designated Contact: Darren Ludwigsen, 3020 Issaquah-Pine Lake Road - #394, Sammamish, WA 98075, 206-707-6583) was found to be technically complete on April 27, 2015. PROJECT: A Binding Site Plan in order to create 79 lots and four non-buildable tracts from one existing 3.77-acre parcel in the Rural Community zoning district of Grant County. (14 of the proposed lots will be 275 sq. ft. in size. 11 lots will be 330 sq. ft. in size. 18 lots will be 360 sq. ft. in size. 9 lots will be 520 sq. ft. in size. 26 lots will be 560 sq. ft. in size. One lot will be 891 sq. ft. in size.) Each of the proposed 79 lots is intended for construction of one individual storage unit as permitted by Conditional Use Permit #11-5531 (approved 08-03-11). ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Variance, Conditional Use Permit, Building Permits. STUDIES REQUIRED: Geotechnical/GPR Study completed 12-02-08. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 9967 Road W.8 NW, Quincy, WA, located near the intersection of State Highway 28 and Crescent Bar Road NW, and in the NW quarter of Section 18, Township 20 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #05-0886-000). ZONING: Rural Community. PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing Examiner meeting tentatively scheduled at 12:00 noon, June 10, 2015, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
