BLUE STAR GROWERS - CASHMERE HEADQUARTERS FACILITY

STORMWATER DRAINAGE AND CONCRETE PAVEMENT

Blue Star Growers, Inc. will receive sealed BIDS for construction of site work improvements at their headquarters facility at 200 Blue Star Way, Cashmere, Washington until 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on May 8, 2015 then opened and read privately. Contract will be awarded thereafter with construction to commence on May 18, 2015.

BIDS shall be prepared by Bidders in spreadsheet form using WSDOT standard items and units. The BID AMOUNT shall include all direct and indirect costs, including Washington State sales tax, required to construct complete all new items shown on the CONTRACT PLANS. The CONTRACT shall be on forms provided by the selected Bidder.

SCOPE OF WORK includes demolition of existing pavement and utilities, removal and disposal of subgrade soils, installation of stormwater drainage system and construction of 52,000-s.f. of reinforced concrete pavement. COMPLETION TIME will be 60 calendar days.
