Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on March 17, 2015 from Jacob E. Weyns (Designated Contact: Prairie Land Survey, 5134 Rd E.7 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on March 24, 2015. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of an 81.80 acre parcel into 2 lots. Lot 1 will be 3.40 acres with an existing residence and garage. Lot 2 will be 78.40 acres which will continue to be used for Agricultural purposes and has a residence and shop. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The property is Farm Unit 84, Block 88 and has a situs address is 16611 Rd. D SE, Othello WA 99344 in a SW quarter of Sections 26, Township 16 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #21-1148-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
