Dominga C. Hernandez, 85, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully at her home in Moses Lake surrounded by her family on March 19, 2015.

She was born in Franklin, Texas on July 13, 1929. She married her life partner Evaristo T. Hernandez May 10, 1953 in Sabinas, Coahuila, Mexico. Together they raised their family in Moses Lake. She enjoyed gardening, singing, cooking, and most of all going to church and teaching her children and grandchildren how to implement faith into all aspects of their lives. The many life lessons that Dominga taught will be valued and remembered through the lives she has touched.

Dominga is survived by her eight children, Joe and Elsa Hernandez, Robert and Beatriz Hernandez, Luciano and Angela Hernandez, George and Lupe Agbisit, Jesse and Isabel Gonzales, Gloria Marquez, Manuel and Alicia Rivera, Fernando and Simona Madrid, 27 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, one brother and four sisters.

She is preceded in death by her husband Evaristo Hernandez, their son Evaristo Hernandez Jr., her parents, two sisters and three brothers.

Viewing will be held from 3 to 7 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2015 at Kayser's Chapel and Tuesday, from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m., March 24 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Holy Rosary will be prayed at 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 24th at Our Lady of Fatima immediately followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Guarding Angels Cemetery.
