Lester Eugene Collison died March 10, 2015 in Moses Lake from chronic obstructive disease.

Les, age 76, was born January 6, 1939 in Crookston, Minnesota to Homer and Belva (Holm) Collison. His love for flying machines led him to a job as aircraft mechanic in Anchorage, Alaska and later in Kenmore, Wash.; he volunteered with the Grant County, Wash. Search and Rescue. He was a jokester and loved to laugh.

Preceded in death by his parents and sister Nancy Collison, he is survived by three sisters: Linda (Paul) Alves, Virginia Phelps and Debra (Stan) Watson, all of Modesto, Calif.; three children: Eric Collison of Modesto, Aaron Millikin of Oklahoma and Kaelyn Leonard of Moses Lake; two step-daughters, Kim Stacy and Dana Simonson; and eight grandchildren.

A private remembrance will be held in Moses Lake.
