Board to meet Thursday

ROYAL CITY - President Bob Murphy announced last Thursday that the Royal School District Board of Directors will have a special meeting this Thursday, March 5, at 3 p.m. at the high school.
The meeting has been called for the purpose of an executive session dealing with the performance of a public employee, Murphy said. Superintendent Rose Search said Saturday she is that public employee, and she will attend.
Murphy expects a crowd, as there was at last week's regular monthly meeting. He said citizen input will be allowed before the doors close, but there will be a time limit.
