Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on December 3, 2014, from Tri-Netra Inc. (Designated Contact: Paramvir Singh, 13426 Road E SW, Royal City, WA 99357, 253-347-7273) were found to be technically complete on February 17, 2015. PROJECT: A Site Plan Review and SEPA Checklist to enable the development of a diesel fueling station facility on a portion of an approximately 3.14-acre parcel in the Urban Commercial 2 zoning district of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is the approximately 1.11-acre portion of Parcel #21-0770-001 that lies east of Road E SW. The site address of the subject parcel is 13412 Road E SW, Royal City, WA. The subject area is located approximately 1.40 miles southeast of the city limits of Royal City, WA, and immediately north of the intersection of State Highway 26 and Road E SW, and in the NE quarter of Section 8, Township 16 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA. PRESENT ZONING: Urban Commercial 2. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
