She was the only daughter, with six brothers until sister Joey was born in 1955.
Cheryl was an avid quilter. She spent many hours and days alongside her quilting partner Sandy Wright until she moved to Portland, Ore. to take care of her youngest granddaughters, Melissa and Monica. She was an active grandmother and took time to get to know each of her grandkids. Cheryl even took up singing on occasion so she could spend more time with her sister. Everyone who came in contact with this beautiful spirit loved her completely.
Cheryl was married in the Idaho Falls Temple on her 17th birthday, August 28, 1963 to Allan M. Brown and they raised four children. She is survived by sons, Allen Dale Brown and Tracy Lee Brown, daughters, Lana Cockrill and Teena Schroeder; nine grandchildren, Jeffery Brown, 24, Robert Cockrill, 23, Richard Cockrill, 21, Jarom Schroeder, 24, Douglas Schroeder, 23, Breeanna Schroeder, 18, Moriah Schroeder, 16, Melissa Brown, 6 and Monica Brown, 5. She is also survived by two brothers, Ron Wright (Helen) of Hudson, Mass., Ted Wright of Moses Lake, Wash., and only sister, Joey Hansen (Doug) of Moses Lake, Wash.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her father Ronald Desmond Wright, mother Flora Hazel (Thornock) Wright; three brothers, H. Ned Wright, Micky T. Wright and Randy Wright; two sister-in-laws, Sharla Wright and Sandy Wright, and an infant niece, Heather B. Clark.
