Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on June 11, 2015 from DPK Consultants (Designated Contact: Western Pacific Engineering & Survey, Inc., 1328 E. Hunter Place, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-765-1023) were found to be technically complete on June 22, 2015.

Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on June 11, 2015 from DPK Consultants (Designated Contact: Western Pacific Engineering & Survey, Inc., 1328 E. Hunter Place, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-765-1023) were found to be technically complete on June 22, 2015. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the

environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the

subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: This proposal is for the construction of one (1) approximately 6,300 sq. ft. warehouse facility and minor site improvements on an approximately 10.89-acre parcel in the Grant County International Airport (AP) zoning district. The new warehouse will be used as a temporary storage and transfer station of goods for Frito-Lay, Inc. This proposal also includes an outside fenced area for vehicle parking. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is a portion of Parcel #17-1055-004. (The subject parcel is located west of 22nd Avenue NE and east of 24th Avenue NE, between Chanute Street NE and Randolph Road NE.) The subject area is approximately 0.48 miles southeast of the Grant County International Airport Main Terminal. It is also located approximately 0.90 miles east of the intersection of State Highway 17 and Randolph Road NE, and approximately 0.23 miles northeast of the intersection of Randolph Road NE and Patton Boulevard NE, and in the NW quarter of Section 33, Township 20 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA. PRESENT ZONING: Grant County International Airport. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
