An ordinance amending Chapter 3.62 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Utility System Development Charges”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which increases the utility system development charges.

This ordinance, which was passed on June 23, 2015 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
