Notice is hereby given that multiple Building Permit applications and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on June 8, 2015 from Pheasant Orchards Inc. (Designated Contact: Jeff Pheasant, 19461 Rd B NW Soap Lake, WA 98851, 509-760-3583), were found to be technically complete on June 17, 2015. PROJECT: The cutting and filling of approximately 2,200 cubic yards of earth for the purpose of creating an approximately 800,000 gallon water retention pond on a 81.4-acre parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is a portion of Parcel #21-1854-000. The subject area is located approximately 1.3 miles west of Soap Lake, WA, and approximately 1.26 miles west of the intersection of 20 Rd NW and St. Andrews Dr. NW, and in Section 26, Township 22 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA. ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code.
