Linda Garcia Acevedo

July 12, 1936 - June 17, 2015

Linda Garcia Acevedo, 78, a resident of Warden over 50 years, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at Providence Sacred Heart in Spokane. Linda was born July 12, 1936, in Uvalde, Texas. Daughter to Angel-O and Elvira (Morales) Garcia, she was married to Rolando Acevedo for 54 years.

Survivors include her husband Rolando; children Sandra (Oscar) Aremendiaz, Viola (Ramiro) Garza, Linda Acevedo (Tim Morris), Rolando (Carmen) Acevedo, Danny (Sheri) Acevedo, Phillip (Michelle) Garcia, and Steve Garcia; 25 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren. Also, siblings Ben Garcia, Santos Garcia, John Garcia, Gilbert Garcia ,Angie DeLeon, Sofia Bentley , and Mary Juarez.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Angel-O and Elvira, and her sister Chona Palomarez. She loved to work in her yard and garden, she loved the color red, and spending time with family and friends.

Viewing; at Queen of all Saints Catholic Church on Tuesday the 23rd from 9-10 a.m.

Service at; Queen of all Saints Catholic Church in Warden (Rosary and Mass to follow), after which we will go to Sunset Cemetery. Please join us at the Church after and help us Celebrate her life .
