Annual Rent will be $94,375.00. Lease covenants may be examined at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, DNR Southeast Region Office located at 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, Olympia, WA.
