MOSES LAKE - CB United, the Columbia Basin's premier soccer organization, has announced a second round of U-10 thru U-17 tryouts for boys and girls interested in taking their game to the next level.

The player evaluation and select team formation event will take place at Chief Moses Middle School on Tuesday, June 23, from 7-8 pm.

The session will be for all players, male and female, from ages 10 thru 17. However, younger players who are advanced are also encouraged to participate in the tryouts.

The tryouts will consist of a warm-up activity and then a series of activities or games that will allow the coaches to fairly assess each player.

There won't be any coaching, which will permit the evaluators to observe what a player knows and how they react to different situations.

Players should wear proper fitting clothes, soccer shoes, and shin guards (mandatory). In addition, water or a sports drink to properly hydrate are highly recommended.

If a player is unable to attend the tryouts, but is interested in playing, please contact Director of Boys, Peter Thompson (coachpeterealmarysville@gmail.com) or Director of Girls, David Pimentel (gbasillo02@yahoo.com).
