NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD July 6, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding budget extension requests from following Grant County Funds/Departments:

1. Sheriff's Office in the amount of $44,000.00 to pay the Tail Insurance for the Ephrata Medical Center, who performed medical services at the Jail/Work Release facilities and Juvenile Court and Youth Services;

2. Misc. General Government / Special Legal Services in the amount of $50,000.00 to cover the costs of active litigation cases.

Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
