Notice is hereby given that multiple Building Permit applications and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on May 12, 2015 from GMR Family Farms LLC (Designated Contact: Tim Bardell PE B7 Engineering 17580 Road 8 SE Sunnyside, WA 98944, 509-837-8600), were found to be technically complete on June 05, 2015. PROJECT: The construction of a new dairy on a 1,063.52-acre parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permits. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is a 20 acre portion of Parcel #18-0134-000. The subject area is located approximately 6.3 miles southeast of Moses Lake, WA, and approximately 1.46 miles west of the intersection of State Highway 17 and 5 Rd SE, and in Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA. ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
