An ordinance creating Chapter 18.63 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code titled "Vacation Rental Dwellings"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which allows vacation rental dwellings in the residential zones.

This ordinance, which was passed on June 9, 2015 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
