An ordinance amending Chapter 18.14 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code titled "Nuisance Defined"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which brings the regulations into compliance with the recently adopted Civil Code Enforcement regulations.

This ordinance, which was passed on June 9, 2015 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
