Minerva was born August 10, 1943 to Francisco Gonzalez-Guerrero and Maria DelRefugio Aguirre-Roiz in Crystal City, Texas. She was a strong, confident, talented, beautiful young woman who was relied on by her parents to help support the family and be the driver for the family cross-country drives of the migrant life style, driving from Texas up to the northern farm lands of North Dakota, Michigan and Wisconsin. She was such a funny, friendly bilingual woman. She shared how she enjoyed her position as supervisor in the Del Monte Factory, she eventually changed that traveling lifestyle for her family getting some of her siblings jobs in factories as well. Her strength and devotion are unmatched and admired. She is also survived by her loving siblings Oscar, Consuelo (Chelo), Alicia (Leecha), Francisco II (Frank), Esequiel (Zek), and Lupe and their families as well as many other dear family and friends.

By the 1960s she and her family settled in Moses Lake with other friends from Crystal City where she married Jesse and raised their family. She loved to do arts and crafts with her kids and extended family members, enter items and baked goods in the Grant County Fair and participate in the parades. She will be remembered for all the amazing clothing she made, from bridal gowns and prom dresses, to Halloween costumes and more. She loved to draw, travel, cook, sew and garden, her yard was always a peaceful garden retreat for family and friends. Now she will be enjoying everlasting life in Heaven's beauty in the presence of Our Lord God and singing praises with the angels.
