Description of proposal: Convert City's irrigation well to a municipal well (Well No. 8), drill and equip a new well (Well No. 9).

Description of proposal: Convert City's irrigation well to a municipal well (Well No. 8), drill and equip a new well (Well No. 9). Complete water rights change applications to add irrigation well to City's municipal rights and to add the City's existing Well No. 5 to the irrigation well water rights.
