The public is invited to attend the hearing and make comments. Written comments may be delivered to 1411 West Clark Street, Pasco, WA or mailed to Franklin PUD, PO Box 2407, Pasco, WA 99302-2407. Comments must be received by 5:00 PM on June 8, 2015 in order to be included in the hearing, and should include the author’s name, street address, and telephone number.
