EPHRATA - Those Dam Women, the ones who worked on the dams, will be the topic of the after-lunch address at the Grant County Historical Society regular meeting next Tuesday, June 9.
The Grant County Historical Society will have its regular meeting at 11:30 a.m. at the American Legion Post 276, Eighth Ave NW, Ephrata. The Heritage Luncheon will be served at 12 noon
That will be followed by guest speaker Mick Qualls. He will give a remembrance of "Those Dam Women".
If you wish to have lunch ($5), you are asked call the Legion after 1 p.m. at 754-2761 or Rita Mayrant at 750-4555. The public is welcome.
