An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 2718 and vacating a portion of right-of-way

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which provides for the vacation of public right-of-way on Lot 6, Replat of Lots 8 & 10, Block 4, Moses Lake Industrial Park Plat.

This ordinance, which was passed on July 28, 2015 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
