An ordinance amending Chapter 17.42 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Boundary Line Adjustments”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which provides that the proponent will pay the Grant County filing fee for boundary line adjustments.
This ordinance, which was passed on July 28, 2015 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
