Notice is hereby given that Resolution No. 2015-13 has been passed by the City Council of the City of Connell, Washington, on July 20, 2015, setting forth the city’s intent to vacate an alley.

A public hearing will be heard for the purpose of taking public comment on this resolution concerning said vacation before the City Council of the City of Connell, Washington, at its regularly scheduled meeting on August 17, 2015, at 6p.m., or as soon thereafter. All interested persons may appear and provide testimony. This hearing will be held to create a written and recorded record of the public testimony regarding this matter.

All persons wishing to comment on said matter may do so during the public comment period from July 20, 2015 to August 17, 2015. To make written comments, request information or notice of and participate in any hearings, please mail or hand deliver specific comments to Jed Crowther or Sterling Joyner at Connell City Hall, 104 E.
