The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) has received a request to rescind, or cancel, two air quality permits.

NOTICE OF PERMIT RESCISSION

The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) has received a request to rescind, or cancel, two air quality permits.

Knauf Insulation, formally Guardian Fiberglass, informed Ecology on July 14, 2015 of their intent to discontinue construction of their facility located at 3741 N NE, Moses Lake, Washington in Grant County Washington. As a result, 60-days from the publication of this notice, the following two air quality permits are officially rescinded:

• PSD 06-03-issued on July 10, 2007

• 07-AQ-E228- issued on July 24, 2007
