NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition dated June 3, 2015, was filed with the Board of Directors of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District by the Piper Family Trust, Stephen L. Piper and Melodie J. Piper, the holders of title to all the land hereinafter described, praying that the following described land be included within the District:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition dated June 3, 2015, was filed with the Board of Directors of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District by the Piper Family Trust, Stephen L. Piper and Melodie J. Piper, the holders of title to all the land hereinafter described, praying that the following described land be included within the District: 160 acres described as the Northeast _ Section 10, Township 19 North, Range 30 E.W.M.; 80 acres described as the South _ of the Southeast _ Section 2, Township 19 North, Range 30 E.W.M.; 606 acres described as Section 11, Township 19 North, Range 30 E.W.M.; 35.89 acres Lot 2 of KVM Farm Short Plat Volume 28, Page 5.

All persons interested in or that may be affected by such inclusion of the land described above are hereby notified to appear at the office of the Board at Othello, Adams County, Washington, Sept. 2, 2015, this being the regular meeting of the Board next after the last day of publication of this Notice of Hearing, and show cause in writing, if any they have, why such land should not be included within the District as prayed for in the petition.
