subject property is located at 108 & 110 SW Yucca PL, Mattawa, WA 99349. The property is located in the SE quarter of Section 22, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #02-0505-000 & 02-0506-000). PRESENT ZONING: Rural Village Residential

to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
