NOTICE OF ISSUANCE

MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: The construction of a new dairy on a 1,063.52-acre parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. The subject area is a 20 acre portion of Parcel #18-0134-000. The subject area is located approximately 6.3 miles southeast of Moses Lake, WA, and approximately 1.46 miles west of the intersection of State Highway 17 and 5 Rd SE, and in Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA.

After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
