Jesse Franklin (Frank) Wise

August 24, 1926 - July 14, 2015

Jesse Franklin (Frank) Wise went home to be with his Lord and Savior on July 14, 2015. Frank was born on Aug. 24, 1926 in Hoopeston, Ill. At seven years old he moved to Polson, Mont. and regularly attended First Baptist Church where he met Betty, his future wife. He also spent many of his formative years in the Swan Valley. He graduated from Wheaton College in 1946 and was married to Betty Erickson on Nov. 12, 1948. Frank taught elementary school in Ovando and Darby, Mont. before moving to Moses Lake in 1959 where he taught for 22 years.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years Betty, and all five children: John of Christmas Valley, Ore., Joyce Foss of Kennewick, Jack of Chehalis, Jamie of Moses Lake, and Teresa of Centralia, Wash., and 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service July 25 at 1 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church, 4403 W. 10th Ave, Kennewick, Wash.
