1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the real property hereinafter described is subject to foreclosure pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.06 for non-payment of the irrigation assessments levied and assessed by the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.03.

Beginning at a USBR Brass Cap Monument marking the North quarter corner of said Section 33, and the Northeast corner of said Farm Unit 138, said point bears South 89°23'48” East, 2638.37 feet, from a U.S.B.R. Brass Cap Monument marking the Northwest corner of said Section 33; thence North 89°23'48” West, following the North boundary of said Section 33 and Farm Unit 138, a distance of 1,150.97 feet, to the true point of beginning; thence South 02°12'18” West, 31.51 feet, to a _ inch rebar with surveyor's cap; thence continuing South 02°12'18” West, 106.32 feet, to a _ inch rebar with surveyor's cap; thence South 20°46'19” West, 18.82 feet to a _ inch rebar with surveyor's cap; thence South 67°14'49” West, 16.34 feet, to a _ inch rebar with surveyor's cap; thence South 89°09'46” West, 161.4 feet, to a _ inch rebar with surveyor's cap; thence continuing South 89°09'46” West, 40.37 feet, to an intersection with the centerline of USBR Drain DE229; thence North 00°18'00” East, following said centerline, 167.00 feet, to an intersection with the North boundary of said Section 33 and said Farm Unit 139; thence South 89°23'48” East following said North boundary 227.94 feet, to the true point of beginning.
