1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the real property hereinafter described is subject to foreclosure pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.06 for non-payment of the irrigation assessments levied and assessed by the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.03.

That portion of Farm Unit 114, Irrigation Block 43, Columbia Basin Project, as per plat revision dated September 18, 1959, records of Grant County, Washington, lying in the Northwest quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 30 EWM, described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Farm Unit 114; thence along the East line of said Farm Unit, South 00°22'30” West, a distance of 975 feet; thence North 88°50'00” West, a distance of 547.60 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 01°10'00” West a distance of 210 feet; thence North 88°50'00” West. A distance of 210 feet; thence North 01°10'00” East, a distance of 210 feet; thence South 88°50'00” East, a distance of 210 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
