The State of Washington, Big Bend Community College, acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, Facilities Division, Engineering & Architectural Services, hereby advises all interested parties that Contract No. 2014-237 G, Work Order No. 6 for Project No. 2014-257, BBCC 1200 Roof Restoration, Moses Lake, WA with Burton Construction, Inc., 3915 E. Nebraska Ave., Spokane, WA 99217, has been accepted as of July 9, 2015.

The lien period for filing any liens against this contract's retained percentage is now in effect. Any liens filed after August 23, 2015 shall be filed as not valid.
