NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD July 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider an ordinance that would amend Chapter 9.06 of the Grant County Code titled “Dog Control”.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD July 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider an ordinance that would amend Chapter 9.06 of the Grant County Code titled “Dog Control”. The ordinance would remove Gateway Estates from the Dog Control area; and amend the following sections:

• 9.06.050 Dogs to be Controlled

• 9.06.080 Running at Large

• 9.06.160 Citation procedure

• 9.06.180 Habitual Violator

• 9.06.190 Personal Obligation

• 9.06.200 Costs of Enforcement
