November 13, 1968 - June 25, 2015

Cindy Sue Essex, after a sudden illness passed away at Central Washington Hospital on Thursday, June 25, 2015. Please sign the online guestbook or leave a note for the family at www.kayserschapel.com. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory.

She was born on November 13, 1968 to Earle and Judy Essex in Cozad, Nebraska.

At the age of 5, Cindy started kindergarten in a one-room country school house in Lodgepole, Nebraska. In 1976, the family moved to Moses Lake, Washington, where she attended school. She continued on with her education at Everett Washington College earning her GED. Cindy was a head start parent, going on to be a class aid. She earned her CDL and became a school bus driver. She then continued on as head operation manager and first aid instructor. Cindy loved helping parents with car seat safety, instructing them of installing the child car seats...She had earned a license of infant child car seat technician as well. She was recently getting her foster child license.

Cindy had a love for camping, boating and catching a fish or two. The love of gardening was a passion of hers also.

She leaves behind her sons: Codie, Travis, (Hannah and grandson Tripp), Shane and Eric. Surviving family: Parents; Earle and Judy, Sister; Chris Beck (Frank De Trolio Jr.) Brothers; David and Mark (Debbie) Many nieces and nephews. Her partner for many years, Gary Sharp and her best friend Annette.

Preceded in death was her younger brother Jeffrey in 2012. They are to be together again.

Cindy had a good sense of humor and loved to catch people off guard with her sense of sarcasm. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of life and pot luck will be held July 10, 2015 at Earle and Judy's home at 5:00pm, 9981 Rd M.3 NE Moses Lake, WA. A Celebration of Life video will also be shown so please stay to watch. All friends and family are welcome.
