IN THE MATTER OF MODIFYING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF

CHAPTER 11.04 OF THE GRANT COUNTY CODE

ENTITLED “MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS”

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, has received petitions to amend that portion of the Grant County Code described as follows:

AN ORDINANCE relating to maximum speed limits and amending Section 11.04.025 of the Grant County Code:

Section 11.04.035 of Grant County Code is amended with the following:

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given to amending certain County road speed limits.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on amending those limits aforementioned and as shown on Exhibits A through E; shall be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, the 14th day of July, 2015.
