PORT OF MOSES LAKE FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT PROJECT

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

In accordance with chapter 39.80 RCW, the Port of Moses Lake is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services for the design and construction engineering services for the Port of Moses lake Fire Suppression System Replacement Project at the Grant County International Airport in Moses Lake, Washington. The agreement will be on a lump sum, fixed price basis (or cost reimbursement “not to exceed” basis), with payment terms to be negotiated with selected Respondent, Reimbursement for services will be contingent on the Port of Moses Lake receiving funds from the US Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA). The maximum amount of engineering fees that can be paid with EDA funds will be determined by EDA and may require adjustments in the proposed contract amount.

Three (3) copies of the proposal package must be submitted on or before 5:00 P.M. on February 6, 2015. They can be mailed to or dropped off at The Port of Moses Lake, 7810 Andrews St NE, Suite 200, Moses Lake, WA 98837. Proposals shall be sent in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: “Proposal - Fire Suppression System Replacement Project” in the lower left corner.
