Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit application received by Grant County on January 16, 2015 from Bruce Bell, 431 Renton Ave. S, Renton, WA 98057, was found to be technically complete on January 26, 2015. PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit to enable construction of a 86-ft. x 60-ft. aircraft hangar on an approximately 1.2-acre parcel in the Rural Villlage Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County. The subject parcel is adjacent to the Desert Aire runway. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 403 Airport Way, Mattawa, WA. The parcel is Lots 153 & 154 Desert Aire Division 9, phase 4 in the northern portion of Section 22, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #02-1688-426). ZONING: Rural Village Residential 1. PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing Examiner meeting tentatively scheduled at 12:00 noon, March 11, 2015, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
