NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition was filed on September 8, 2014, with the Board of Directors of the South Columbia Basin Irrigation District by The Little Jug Ranch, the holder of title to all the land hereinafter described, praying that the following described land be included within the District:

Parcel No. 109400015 (320.0 deeded acres, 275.5 irrigated acres)

The North Half of Section 4, Township 14 North, Range 31 East, W.M., Franklin County, Washington, EXCEPTING therefrom all roads.

Parcel No. 109400033 (160.0 deeded acres, 140.0 irrigated acres)

The Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 14 North, Range 31 East, W.M., Franklin County, Washington, EXCEPTING therefrom all roads.

All persons interested in or that may be affected by such inclusion of the land described above are hereby notified to appear at the office of the Board at 1135 E. Hillsboro, Suite A, Pasco, Franklin County, Washington, at 10:00 a.m., February 12, 2015, this being the regular meeting of the Board after publication of this Notice of Hearing, and show cause in writing, if any they have, why such land should not be included within the District as prayed for in the petition.
