QUINCY-COLUMBIA BASIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT (QCBID)

O&M OFFICE - PHASE I

Separate sealed proposals for the Construction of a new O&M office building for QCBID as described in, and in conformance with the Bid Documents will be received by the District, at the office of the Owner at 1720 S. Central Ave., Quincy, WA on January 28, 2015 before 2:00 p.m.

The project is subject to Washington State prevailing wage rates.

Construction of a new building for QCBID. Construction of an approximately 1,856 sf

single story office building for the District. The building will utilize wood floor, wood studs, stucco fascia, flat roof with single-ply membrane and engineered lumber joists, interior finishes, electrical and HVAC, all to be completed per contract documents.

Construction period is 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to substantial completion. An additional 30 days will be allowed for final completion.

Architect's construction estimate is $300,000 for base bid.

Each bidder shall submit with bid an AIA-A305 Contractor Qualification Statement, Sub-Contractor list, and 5% bid bond.

To request a printed copy, send a written request to: M J Neal Associates, Architects; PO Box 1945, 200 Palouse Street, Suite 202, Wenatchee, WA 98807, and a refundable deposit in the

form of a check made payable to MJ Neal Associates in the amount of one hundred fifty

dollars ($150.00). Major subcontractors (Electrical, Mechanical) may obtain one set of documents. The deposit is refundable if returned in good condition within 10 days of bid date.
