The State of Washington to the said Richard A. Lopez, and the marital community of Richard A. Lopez and Jane Doe Lopez:

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 15th day of January, 2015, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff Cashmere Valley Bank, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff, Brian A. Walker and Kyle D. Mott, of Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C., at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

The object of the action is the collection of a debt pursuant to that certain Retail Installment Sale Contract Simple Finance Charge (the “Contract”) entered into by defendants on about September 13, 2011. The defendants are alleged to be in default under the terms of the Contract. Plaintiff also seeks to recover the collateral pledged under the Contract, to wit, that 2006 Chrysler 300 (VIN 2C3LA73W16H396998).
