David Arthur Adamson Jr.

On the evening of January 1st, Dave Adamson passed away at Samaritan Hospital.

He was the son of David Adamson Sr. and Lilah Burgess. He was born in Princeton, West Virginia December 14, 1946. The family moved to Moses Lake in 1951 where Dave Jr. spent his childhood and graduated MLHS in 1965. He enlisted in the Air Force in June 1966 where he was stationed at Andrews AFB in Maryland. There he learned to be an X-Ray Tech and was honorably discharged in 1970. From there, he resided in the Bay Area of California where he became Chief X-Ray Tech of Stanford Children's Hospital in Palo Alto, California.

He returned to the Moses Lake area in 1980 where he resided until his passing. He is survived by his companion of 13 years, Darleen Williams, his brother Dana in Moses Lake, his sister Pam from Oregon and his sister DaLila, also of Moses Lake. Dave enjoyed motorcycle riding, dancing with his girlfriend, Darleen, and his affiliation with The American Legion where he participated in lots of charity events. A memorial service will be held at The American Legion Hall on Saturday, January 24th at 2:00 pm.
