Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit Application was received by Grant County on 12/9/14 from Eggers Trust (Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823); and were found to be technically complete on 1/5/15. PROJECT: An application for

a Conditional Use Permit to legally establish an existing residence in the Urban Commercial 2 zone, thereby facilitating a future short plat application. LOCATION: The project site is

located at 7 SW Beverly Burke Rd., at the intersection of Baseline Rd. W and Beverly Burke Rd., just northwest of I-90, in a portion of the NW _ of Section 6, Township 18 North, Range 24 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #20-1541-000. ZONING: Urban Commercial 2.

PUBLIC HEARING: Hearings Examiner meeting is tentatively scheduled at 12:00 noon, February 11, 2015, in the Commissioners' Hearing Room of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with the Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Copies of the application materials (File #14-6032) are available from Tyler Lawrence at the Grant County Planning Department at 457 1st Ave. NW, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 2501; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5:00pm January 22, 2015 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code.
