NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 in Grant County, State of Washington,
there will be held a Special Election for the voters of Quincy School District No. 144-101 for the purpose of a Replacement Maintenance and Operation Levy; Ephrata School District #165-55J for the purpose of a Replacement Maintenance and Operation Levy; Grand Coulee Dam School District No. 301J for the purpose of a Replacement Maintenance and Operation Levy; and Moses Lake School District No. 161 Proposition 1 for the purpose of a Replacement Maintenance and Operations Levy and Proposition 2 for the purpose of Bonds to Construct, Modernize and Improve Schools.
QUINCY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 144-101
PROPOSITION NO. 1
REPLACEMENT MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION LEVY
The Board of Directors of Quincy School District No. 144-101 adopted Resolution No. 02-15, concerning a proposition to finance maintenance and operation expenses. This proposition would authorize the District to meet the educational needs of its students by levying the following excess taxes, in place of an expiring levy, on all taxable property within the District, for support of the District's General Fund educational maintenance and operation expenses:

MOSES LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 161
PROPOSITION 2
BONDS TO CONSTRUCT, MODERNIZE AND IMPROVE SCHOOLS
The Board of Directors of Moses Lake School District No. 161 adopted Resolution No. 2014-12, concerning a proposition to relieve overcrowding and improve infrastructure and safety. This proposition would authorize the District to: construct a new high school, modernize Moses Lake High School, and make health, safety, security, educational and athletic improvements to school facilities; issue no more than $98,000,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years; and levy annual excess property taxes to repay the bonds, all as provided in Resolution No. 2014-12. Should this proposition be:

The registration deadline for online and mail-in registrations and transfers is January 12, 2015. Any qualified elector who is not registered to vote in the State of Washington may register to vote in person at the Grant County Auditor's Office up to and including February 2, 2015.
You may register or obtain registration forms at the Auditor's Office, online at www.myvote.wa.gov, and the Department of Licensing.
The Grant County Auditor's Office, 35 C St NW, Room 203, at the County Courthouse, will be open so voters may obtain replacement ballots, drop off voted ballots, and use the Accessible Voting Unit at the following times:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Beginning January 21, 2015
Election Day 7:00 Am until 8:00 PM February 10, 2015

The ballot drop boxes will be opened for drop off on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 and locked on
election night February 10, 2015 at 8:00 PM.

The following public meetings will be held in conjunction with the processing and tabulation of election returns for the Special Election to be held on February 10, 2015, in Grant County, Washington. The times, dates and location and purpose of each meeting are:
January 26, 2015 - February 24, 2015, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Extended Hours, if necessary); Processing of
Mail Ballots, checking signatures, open and processing ballots - Grant County Election Dept., Room 203,
Courthouse Ephrata, WA
February 24, 2015, 9:00 AM to canvass the votes cast and certify the election.
