PROPOSED SALE OF PROPERTY WITHIN

INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT OF

PORT DISTRICT NO. 8 OF GRANT COUNTY

Port District No. 8 of Grant County (the “Port of Warden”) will hold a public hearing on March 17 2015, at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Port office at 201 South Ash, Warden, Washington, to receive public testimony on the proposed sale of a parcel of real property located in the Port of Warden's Industrial Development District No. 3 to an appropriate purchaser.

The parcel of real property proposed to be sold is described as follows:

That portion of Parcel 'D' of Lots 1, 5 & 8 Port of Warden Industrial Park No. 3 Commercial Binding Site Plan, Record of Survey, filed September 16, 2011 under Grant County Auditor's File Number 1290866 lying southerly and easterly of the following described line:

Beginning at a point on the north boundary of said Parcel 'D'; said point bears South 89°55'11" West, a distance of 141.03 feet from the northeast corner of said Parcel 'D', thence westerly, southwesterly and southerly on a 50.00-foot radius curve concave to the southeast an arc distance of 83.50, through a central angle of 95°40'43" to the left, the long chord of said curve bears South 42°04'50" West, a distance of 74.13 feet to a point of compound curvature; thence southerly on a 970.00-foot radius curve concave to the east an arc distance of 171.10 feet, through a central angle of 10°06'23" to the left, the long chord of said curve bears South 10°48'43" East a distance of 170.88 feet; thence South 15°51'55" East tangent to said curve, a distance of 131.39 feet to the beginning of a curve tangent to said line; thence southerly, on a 630.00-foot radius curve concave to the west an arc distance of 172.91 feet, through a central angle of 15°43'33" to the right, the long chord of said curve bears South 08°00'08" East, a distance of 172.37 feet to a point on the south boundary of said Parcel 'D', said point bears South 89°53'51" West, a distance of 100.00 feet from the southeast corner of said Parcel 'D', said point also being the terminus of said described line.

Public testimony on the advisability of the proposed sale will be taken at the hearing. Any person may submit written comments regarding the proposal or additional information at: Port of Warden, Post Office Box 841, Washington 98857. Written comments and oral testimony at all public hearings will be made part of the public record.
