Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on February 17, 2015 from Russel & Lisa Kehl (Designated Contact: Edd Johnson, P.O. Box 116, Moses Lake WA) was found to be technically complete on February 20, 2015. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To construct an approximately 5,900 sq. ft. cover for the seed processing equipment. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located at 6554 Adams Rd NW approximately 5 miles SE of Quincy WA (F.U. 359 and Blk. 72). And is located in the NE quarter of Section 35, Township 20 North, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #20-0653-000). ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
