Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on January 29, 2015 from Bruce Bowen (Agent: Prairie Land Surveying, 5134 Rd. E.7 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on February 17, 2015.

Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on January 29, 2015 from Bruce Bowen (Agent: Prairie Land Surveying, 5134 Rd. E.7 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on February 17, 2015. Project: A short subdivision of an 81.26 acre parcel into two lots in the Agriculture zone. Lot 1 will be 2.5 acres and will be for residential purposes. Lot 2 will be 78.76 acres and will be used for agriculture and residential purpose. Lot 2 has an existing residence. Location: The parcel is located on the south side of Rd. 2 SE at the intersection of Rd. 2 SE and Rd. P SE. Being the W _ of the NW _ of Section 14, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #19-1027-000. Zoning: Agriculture. Public Hearing: None. Consistency Statement: This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
