Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on January 29, 2015 from Bruce Bowen (Agent: Prairie Land Surveying, 5134 Rd. E.7 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on February 17, 2015. Project: A short subdivision of an 81.26 acre parcel into two lots in the Agriculture zone. Lot 1 will be 2.5 acres and will be for residential purposes. Lot 2 will be 78.76 acres and will be used for agriculture and residential purpose. Lot 2 has an existing residence. Location: The parcel is located on the south side of Rd. 2 SE at the intersection of Rd. 2 SE and Rd. P SE. Being the W _ of the NW _ of Section 14, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #19-1027-000. Zoning: Agriculture. Public Hearing: None. Consistency Statement: This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above mentioned proposal and materials.
