The State of Washington, Othello Community Hospital, acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, Facilities Division, Engineering & Architectural Services, hereby advises all interested parties that Contract No. 2014-135 H (2-1), for AHU VFD and DDC Upgrade Phase 2, Othello, with Trane U.S. Inc., Comprehensive Solutions Group, 2333 158th Court NE, Bellevue, WA 98008, has been accepted as of February 18, 2015.

The lien period for filing any liens against this contract’s retained percentage is now in effect. Any liens filed after April 4, 2015 shall be filed as not valid.
