NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD February 24, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding the following budget extension requests:

1. Budget extension request in the amount of $10,800.00 to maintain the internet connectivity for the Community/Campus Security cameras project. This was originally budgeted in the Sheriff's Office 2015 budget and needs to be transferred out and shifted to the Operating Transfer budget within the General fund, and increase Technology Services 2015 budget by this amount.

2. Budget extension request in the amount of $50,800.00 to hire and train a new employee in the Elections Office, created by the retirement of a long-time employee.
