Kegan Harland Stillwaugh

Kegan Harland Stillwaugh, 22 years old, passed away Feb. 12, 2015 in Moses Lake, Wash. from natural causes. He was born May 13, 1992 in Yakima, Wash. He moved to Moses Lake in 1994 at age 2 1/2 and lived half of his time here in Moses Lake with his mom and two sisters and the other half in Tieton, Wash. with his dad, sister, and two brothers. His siblings are Taylor, Harley and Destanee Stillwaugh (sisters), Matt and Colton Lyons (brothers).

Kegan graduated from Highland High in Cowiche Wash. in 2012, resided in Moses Lake, Wash. and worked at the Shilo Inn as a maintenance man. Kegan loved having fun with his family and friends, rocking out to his favorite music; he also loved to go to concerts, have a beer with friends while playing a card game named Magic for hours, shooting guns at the shooting range with his uncle, watching movies, and spending time with his two nephews who thought Kegan was their hero. He was the best thing in the world to them.

He is survived by proud parents, Tammy R. DeBord of Moses Lake Wash., Sean H. Stillwaugh of Tieton Wash., three sisters, Taylor, Harley and Destanee Stillwaugh; two brothers, Matt and Colton Lyons; two nephews, Jayden Stillwaugh and Jonney Escabedo; grandmother Nola Gorrell of Moses Lake, Wash., John and Anne Stillwaugh of Tieton Wash., godson Jacob Ralph, two aunts, three uncles, eight cousins, great-grandmother Ruth Hughes of Payette, Ida., He is also preceded in death by grandfather Archie Hughes Jr, great-grandmother Alberta DeBord, great-grandmother Margret Stillwaugh, aunt Katy Coleman, a good friend Juan Lopez, and his loving dog Chuck (a boy's best friend), many more family and lots of close friends.

Kegan was a beautiful loving man. He would give the shirt off his back to anybody who was in need. His goofy nature made everybody laugh and enlightened our souls. He was a good man that made an impact on everybody he encountered. His essence and spirit will live in our hearts forever. You will never be forgotten. You are loved by all who were lucky enough to have had you in their lives. We all love you, Kegan.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Assembly of God Church, 431 E. Brown Ave., Moses Lake, Wash. If you need better directions please call Jay Frederick at 509-431-0225.
